Packaging

Your jewelry piece automatically comes with either a decorative gift box or gift bag, so if this item is a present for someone, you will not need to purchase your own.  I try to make the packaging coordinate with the purchased item, and sometimes will put the jewelry piece on a cool, homemade backing that suits the piece.  Also, I take great care to make sure the items are packed carefully to prevent damage in transit.

Shipping

Orders for items that are currently in stock will ship within 2-3 business days, Monday through Friday.  Until I discover the most economical way to ship jewelry items, I will be mailing all jewelry via USPS in a small Priority Mail Flat Rate box for a $7.00 cost to the buyer.  If you are ordering multiple pieces of jewelry that will not fit appropriately in the 5-3/8 ‘ x 8 -5/8 in x 1-5/8 ” flat rate box, then I will email you regarding the shipping cost of your multiple items and you will pay ‘actual shipping cost’.   If you are ordering a full sized wreath, you will also be charged ‘actual shipping cost’ for the wreath, but I would let you know what that cost would be before charging you.

You will receive email notification from me and tracking information at the time in which your order ships.  Please make sure that your address is correct with Paypal.

If your order is a custom order, I will estimate the amount of time needed to create the piece before it ships, as well as the price via an email or phone conversation.

Returns & Exchanges

Once you receive your order, please let me know if you have any issues, questions or concerns regarding your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your package.

Returns are gladly accepted (on certain items- see below) within 7 business days from the date of receipt of delivery for unused merchandise that still remains in original and resell-able condition.   Please note that ESTATE JEWELRY items are not returnable, so please read the descriptions of the items very carefully, and if you have any questions, please contact me.  There are also no returns or cancellations on custom work.

All shipping expenses for returns are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise determined by me, the seller.    Please enclose a copy of your invoice with your return.  The refunds are processed upon receipt of the items.

Extra Notes Regarding Returns and Policies

Please note that sometimes vintage jewelry components, especially brass,  may contain flaws, scratches, and/or patina discoloration due to years of storage in different environments.  The jewelry on this website is not intended for children under the age of 13 due to potential choking hazard on small beads and possible unknown elements that may be in some of the vintage components.

A lot of my jewelry pieces, specifically the bead embroidered pieces, are more fragile than others because they are created with a high pound test beading thread and are not intended to wear every day, sleep in, or wrestle in. 🙂

Custom jewelry is not refundable and invoices on custom jewelry must be paid upfront.    If there is a problem with a custom piece, I will work with you to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
