These one of a kind insect earrings have been waiting 17 years to emerge!  2024 is the year that trillions of cicada will make an appearance in the US.  They will feel especially welcomed by the wearing of these earrings!    These gold plated cicadas are less than one inch in length and are double sided showing the under carriage!  The baby cicadas are dangling from teal colored acrylic diamond shaped beads with a gold trim.  The earrings are finished with a gold bicone bead on a French style gold toned (nickel free) ear wire.  These earrings are of moderate weight and are approximately 2 and 1/4 inches in total length.
