Liven up a plain sweater with this Anthropologie Serefina Corsican Bib Necklace Bib Necklace.   The necklace has a center braid of silk thread in the shades of blue, white, and purple.  The braid is surrounded by rhinestone cup chain, and is accented with little faceted cream colored beads and a gold toned chain.    The primary color of the necklace is the beautiful sea foam green threaded fringe.  The necklace has a lobster style clasp.   Dimensions are 13.25″L with 2″ extender chain / 1.5″ bib    This necklace has never been worn, however,  I no longer have the original tags.
