Whoville Wreath

This pretty wreath looks like it came right out of Whoville!    This wreath is not holiday specific, as it could also be presented at a baby shower or could be displayed in the spring or summertime.  The wreath is built upon a wire frame with aqua and pink mesh material.  The wreath is adorned with both shiny and matte bulbs in the colors of hot pink, aqua, and silver.  This wreath measures approximately 24 inches wide by 24 inches long.  There are no extra shipping costs for this wreath, it is already incorporated into the price.
